## Description

Nurse or a system administrator is able to remove the link from RuuviTag mac address to patients character by either scanning the RuuviTag NFC tag over a reader or placing RuuviTag near a bluetooth that is connected to backend service that, after getting the beacon signal calls a function from gRPC to release RuuviTag.
