There is multiple different kind of messages for average speed but
really no documentation how they differ. This commit changes the
handling to handle all average speed messages the same way.

The websocket receives multiple different kind of messages.

This way it's easier to update with id.

Previously I thought that the coordinates were in wrong order. This code
was left behind from testing different coordinate orderings.
