Test case description

Ensure that the administrator can use Webmin to start/stop services, monitor resources, and manage system users.

Pre-state:

• Administrator is logged in to Webmin.

Test Steps

1. Navigate to the “System” section in Webmin.
2. Locate the “Bootup and Shutdown” module, select a non-critical service (e.g., cron), and stop it.
3. Confirm service status changes to stopped, then start it again.
4. Navigate to the “System Information” dashboard to check CPU, memory, and disk usage.
5. Navigate to “Users and Groups,” create a test user, and confirm creation.
6. Delete the test user after verification.

Expected result

• Administrator can start/stop services through Webmin.
• Resource usage statistics display accurately.
• Administrator can create and delete system users.
