Test case description

Ensure that the user can successfully submit a support request via the Contact Us page and the customer service response is sent to sender.

Pre-state:

  • User is on the PrestaShop storefront
  • Valid email receiver and other required settings are configured

Test Steps

  1. Navigate to the Contact Us page
  2. Select a subject (e.g., "Customer service") from the dropdown
  3. Enter a valid email address in the email field
  4. (Optional) Attach a file
  5. Write a message in the message textarea
  6. Click Send
  7. Observe confirmation message
  8. Wait customer service responds by replying to the message

Expected result

  • A confirmation message appears: "Your message has been successfully sent to our team."
  • The sender of the message receives a response from customer service in their email.

Notes

  • The message must be replied to in the backoffice
