>During requirement gatheringphase for a service/solution it is a good practice to do some interview among possible users and other stakeholders. Gathering some knowledge among this group will help to understand basic need of different user groups. It's important to understand in early phase how the person / stakeholder benefits or uses the solution/service in future. This process could be written as a customer story.
