Fix \subtitle command and title font size

AG1878 requested to merge AG1878/jamk-report-latex:fix/titles into master

Subtitles could not be used with the \subtitle command because the \abst@subtitle command was not defined. This merge request introduces the command and sets the subtitle font size to 18pt, like in the JAMK report template for Word.

The title font size was changed from 22pt to 26pt to match the JAMK report template for Word.
